Growing multi-location retail tire company in OKEMOS, MI is looking for a career-minded Administrative Assistant to grow with us.

The right candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and adapt to an ever changing business environment.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with the following skills :

  • Experienced with Windows-based software including MS Office (Word / Excel), Google Drive,
  • Accounting experience including familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to professionally manage incoming / outgoing telephone calls on a multi-line system.
  • Strong organizational skills including problem solving and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written / verbal communication skills
  • Data Entry
  • Help facilitate company AP and AR
  • Reliable, passionate, team player needed!!

This is an in-person Monday thru Friday, full-time position with a starting salary range of $20.00-$22.00 / Hr. Benefits include Blue Cross / Blue Shield Insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays.
