Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment.
They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

- Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
- Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
Skills / Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Our employees are expected to consistently serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible.
They must also maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing ice creams. Team members must also be able to describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion.
