This highly successful digital print company seeks an experienced Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role and technical knowledge of the printing process.
Job Purpose
Provide general administrative support and expediting services to the Commercial office.
Key Responsibilities
- Expedite purchase orders and associated paperwork ensuring data accuracy in their completion and tracking progress through to final invoicing
- Coordinate and administer responses to customer complaints, maintaining a record of events and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure responses are timely and communicated effectively to the complainants
- Coordinate timely despatch and delivery of orders to customers
- Administer the selection / despatch of samples to customers, maintaining file copies for future reference and filing job bags
- Order and issue stock when required
- Follow up and chase approvals
- Some liaison with production teams to expedite orders
