Job OverviewPosition : Nursing role (Labor Pool)Location : Phoebe Putney Hospital, Albany, GAContract Duration : 13-17 weeks (with possibility for extension)Shift : 12-hour days (6 : 45 AM 7 : 15 PM)Guaranteed Hours : 36 hoursStart Dates : Must be available to start on 11 / 18 or 12 / 2Key RequirementsExperience : 2 years of experience with 1 travel assignment, or4 years of experience without travel.
Certifications : BLS and NIHSS (both must be from AHA)Charge Nurse : Charge nurse orientation provided; experience preferred.
Unit DetailsBeds : 44Staff : 40Patient Ratios : Typically 1 : 5, possibly 1 : 6 for days / nightsFloat Requirements : Must be flexible to float to other acute care units.
