Iowa s largest community oncology practice Private group practice with 22 Physicians (including bench physicians) and 37 Advanced Practice Providers Several openings available (growth and upcoming retirement openings) Schedule is Monday Friday from 8 am 5pm. Group is flexible with possible 4-day work week as well. 2-year partnership track with outstanding income potential Initial base salary range will be $450,000-$525,000 range plus full benefits and sign-on bonus. Call shared equally and program is setup where one doctor is on call, but PA / NPs are on the front-line doing admits. This program has significantly reduced the burden of call. EMR is Onco EMR (Oncology based EMR system) 6 weeks of PTO plus 5K annually for CME. 100% of health insurance premium paid. Doctors all share some outreach work doing this 2-4 times per month. Metro area with 559,000 population right in the city and 750,000 in 5 county surrounding area.
