Sunbelt is currently seeking an OASIS Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position in Moraine, OH. If you have at least one year of recent home health experience, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize expert knowledge of OASIS-C Assessment Documentation
- Complete accurate and detailed OASIS Documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time.
- Case manage a workload of at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week.
- Travel to patients homes in the Moraine, OH area.
Experience :
- At least two years of recent Home Health experience.
- Expert knowledge and field experience of OASIS required.
- Start of Care / Admissions experience required.
Education :
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Ohio Registered Nurse License or compact state license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
Employment Type : Full-time, Contract, 13 weeks
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, 40 hours per week, with some on-call and weekends required.
