Contracts Manager
Location : Alameda, CA (Remote)
Pay : $40-45 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Contract Negotiation and Drafting : Lead the negotiation and drafting of a variety of contracts including vendor agreements, clinical trial contracts, licensing agreements, and collaboration agreements.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions; work with legal counsel and stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Contract Administration : Manage contract execution, renewal, and termination processes; maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (R&D, legal, finance) and external partners to facilitate smooth contract processes and resolve disputes.
- Compliance and Audit : Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies; support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or related field; JD preferred.
- Proven experience 5 years in contract management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
