is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team.

As a Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their Property and Casualty insurance needs, providing personalized service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will handle inbound calls, answer questions, update policy information, process claims, and provide guidance on coverage options and binding new policies.
We are looking for a positive and inviting individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering phone calls and addressing their insurance inquiries and concerns while offering cross-sell opportunities.
- Must have at least 1 year of prior property and casualty insurance experience to apply.
- Review policy information and update client records accurately and efficiently.
- Process policy changes, endorsements and conduct renewal reviews in person and over the phone.
- Assist clients in filing and processing insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- Educate clients on coverage options and policy details, helping them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirement
Requirements :
- Must have an active Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a customer service role in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
