Position Type : Regular Full-Time

Pay Rate : $21.26 / hour

About This Opportunity : Researches and coordinates, processes, tracks and administers grants, contracts and licensing agreements for the Area Command and its programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinates, organizes, and processes applications, grants, contracts and licensing agreements in their entirety for review by the Area Commander.
• Organizes and processes documents to meet deadlines in a timely manner; coordinate schedules with Corps / Divisional Headquarters / Territorial Headquarters in order to meet specific timelines; serves as liaison / contact person between Corps and Divisional Headquarters in processing documents. Coordinates directly with prospective funders on matters involving the language in documents.
• Verifies that all grant and contract awards are compliant with the funding sources and communicates these requirements with the staff managing the funded program.
