Wage : $18.37 - $20.23+ per hour Based on Experience (Certified)
Highland Ridge is seeking CNA's and Resident Assistants (Nursing Assistant / Caregiver / HHA ) to join our team in Long Term Care.
Current opportunities include :
Full -Time 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm
Part-Time 3rd shift weekend option : Friday & Saturday nights 10pm - 6am
Part-Time 2nd shift weekend option : Saturday & Sunday evenings 2pm - 10pm
PRN (AM, PM, NOC hours available) - Certified
Interested in working in our Care Center / LTC but not CNA certified? We are offering a FREE Nursing Assistant Training course when hired at a nearby Community College! No qualifications or experience required.

Responsibilities
- Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
- Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
- Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts,
- Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.
Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
