The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week. The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hours completed weekly.

Responsibilities :

  • Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
  • Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN License in Washington (required)
