Job Title : Cybersecurity Content Manager / Content Development Manager - BPID Training Videos and Phishing Kits

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a seasoned Content Manager to spearhead the creation of training videos for our BullPhish ID (BPID) platform and the development of region-specific phishing kits.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in scripting, planning, reviewing content from a learning perspective, and ensuring the proper delivery of training videos.

Also, you will be responsible for the actual content writing, serving as a subject matter expert, and overseeing this project's delivery.

WHAT YOULL DO :

As a Content Manager, you'll lead the creation and management of content aimed at educating users on best practices for information security and phishing prevention.

Your responsibilities include developing engaging training videos and phishing simulation kits, conducting research on emerging threats, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Additionally, you'll analyze the effectiveness of training materials through metrics and feedback, continuously refining content to improve user awareness and response.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES A ND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Write, edit, and proofread content for BPID training videos and phishing kits.
• Manage the production activities of video content, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Generate region-specific phishing content to address diverse user needs.
• Formulate a comprehensive content strategy for BPID training materials, aligning them with compliance objectives and companywide initiatives.
• Collaborate with the content marketing and product marketing teams to synchronize content development with organizational goals.
• Develop content that provokes engagement and effectively communicates complex cybersecurity concepts.
• Stay up to date on customer requests for customizations and new content to meet user needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure content is compatible with various platforms and devices.
• Compliance Expertise : Experience in compliance-related content creation preferred.
• Accessibility Compliance : Proficiency in adhering to WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to guide the content team towards excellence.
• Assist partners with custom templates and phishing kits in other languages.

WHAT YOULL BRING :

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in content management, preferably in an agency or similar role.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML / CSS preferred.
• Experience in Cybersecurity : The candidate should have a strong background in cybersecurity to understand current threats, trends, and best practices.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Deep knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, phishing prevention techniques, and security awareness training methodologies.
• Stay Up to Date : Ability to stay abreast of the latest cyber threats, hacks, and security incidents to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
• Proficiency with popular content management systems.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
• Excellent verbal and written communications (grammar, spelling, sentence structure) and proofreading skills
• Experience in compliance-related content creation and training.
