We are seeking an experienced Residential Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our dynamic team. If you're a dedicated HVAC technician ready to bring your skills to a company that values excellence and encourages professional growth, we want you! What We Offer : Our top performers are the highest-paid technicians in Seattle.

Our Pay Range is $25 to $50 an hour plus commission. Company-supplied truck that you can take home. Medical Insurance we pay 90% for you and 85% of your family’s insurance premiums for health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability No on-call.

A great team with cool events like happy hour, outings, etc! Key Responsibilities : Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems accurately. Promote and recommend additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.

Perform prompt and efficient emergency repairs to maintain system functionality. Customer Relations : Build strong customer relationships and continually understand and meet their needs and expectations.

Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications : At least two (2) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician. Advanced knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC) principles.

Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field. Must have a valid driver's license.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
