The Opportunity Voxel is seeking a creative and resourceful software engineer to join our world-class growth team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining tools to support growth operations across the organization, including sales, product, customer success.
It entails building and maintaining internal tools to support existing customer retention, as well as external tools for new customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, as well as experience working with a small team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :
- Build tools for extracting and managing lead data from diverse online sources (e.g. web scraping, record matching, de-duplication, etc)
- Build and maintain creative web apps for acquiring new customers
- Build tools for analyzing and transforming customer data for product and customer success teams
- Integrate and synchronize data across multiple systems / platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of tools, identifying automation opportunities
Minimum Qualifications :
- Creativity and resourcefulness, strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Experience programming in Python, Javascript, and SQL
- Experience developing and maintaining simple web applications
- Experience with data analytics and deriving insights from complex datasets
- Familiarity with implementing cookies and tracking for advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for web applications
- Knowledge of data storage and retrieval best practices
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Qualifications :
- Domain knowledge and strong intuitions about industrial supply chain and business operations of large enterprises
- Experience with browser automation tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience with business intelligence APIs (e.g. Zoominfo, Rocketreach, Apollo)
- Comfortable with popular web development frameworks (e.g. Next.js, React)
- Proficiency in building services in at least one of the public cloud services, Azure, AWS or GCP
$130,000 - $170,000 a year The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
