Job Description :

  • Issue contracts / change order to subcontractors
  • Generate and maintain contact lists
  • Print / distribute drawings and specs to project teams
  • Set up meetings and keep minutes
  • Put together project binders and supplies for Project Managers & Site Superintendents
  • Manage submittal and RFI process
  • Put together weekly reports
  • Order equipment / materials for projects
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Collect, organize, coordinate, and submit paperwork
  • Create and maintain effective communication with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Knowledge of ProCore beneficial, but not necessary

Requirements :

  • Construction experience is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, good time management skills
  • Administrative background
  • Ability to work as a team to meet project deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Problem / Conflict resolution skills
