We want to mentor you to become a Farmers Agency Owner and our growth path will do that in 12 months or less. We have opportunities for remote, hybrid, and in-office with upcoming graduates as well.

What we need from you :
- No more than $5,000 in collections
- No bankruptcies in the last 3 years
- Favorable criminal record with no felonies
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Must have your MI Property, Casualty, MI Life, and Health insurance licenses before hiring for this position.
