Role Overview : We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team.
In this role, you'll work within a school environment, providing invaluable support to Occupational Therapists and delivering essential services to students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities :
- Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' functional abilities and needs.
- Support in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and functional skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Hold an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance or related field.
- Possess current state certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligibility for certification.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
