We are immediately hiring qualified Licensed Practical Nurses- LPN's in White Plains, Tuckahoe, and Mount Kisco Areas!

Key Responsibilities :

Continuously assess clients’ behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress, and communicate findings with your Nursing Manager.
Administer and accurately document all medications in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and Department of Health regulations.
Perform treatments as directed by physician orders and established protocols.
Consult with your nursing supervisor regarding any necessary changes
Verify the accuracy of medications and dosages upon receipt from the pharmacy or in-home.

This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and care of residents while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements :

Valid LPN license
Annual physical within one year
PPD or Quantiferon within one year
MMR labs within 10 years
Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19
Must read, write and speak clear English - Bilingual a plus
Must be eligible to work in the United States with a valid social security number
