We are hiring a driven hospitality leader to join our growing South Florida team and assist with our upcoming opening!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment
- Build and manage a team of FOH and BOH team members
- Implement, oversee, and maintain all company policies and procedures
- Create a positive company culture of a commitment to excellence
- Perform forecasting and budgeting for all controllable costs
- Provide continuous education and self-development will be of highest priorities along with a commitment to coaching and developing the entire management team and staff
- Maintain standards according to DOH, fire safety, and employment regulations
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 5 years in a senior management role in the Restaurant / Hospitality Industry, preferably as a General Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Fine dining experience required
- Previous experience performing new restaurant opening responsibilities such as training and motivating new employees into a high-performing team and implementing new systems, policies, and procedures strongly preferred
- Proven team player willing to roll up your sleeves - a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team
- Must possess effective communication skills for dealing with staff
- Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility and leadership
