Assistant Studio Manager, Perspire Austin Southwest

Our Assistant Studio Manager will work 30 hours / week and help ensure guests have a relaxing and consistent experience during every visit.

They are highly motivated to sell, maintain customer relationships, and foster a positive working environment for the team.

Time Commitment : The Assistant Studio Manager works 30 flexible hours per week. Weekend shifts are needed at least twice per month.

We need the Assistant Manager to work holiday-adjacent days (eg : November 27th, 29th, December 23rd, 31st, Jan 1st, etc.)

Studio Hours : Mon-Th (7am-9pm); Fri (7am-7pm); Sat-Sun (8am-7pm)

Job Location : Perspire Sauna Studio Hill Country Galleria

4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749 (two doors down from Gold's Gym)

• Management : 1 years
• Sales : 2 years

• Results-driven / motivated to exceed sales targets
• Write with clarity and exhibit an "inbox zero" mentality
• Poise, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with dissatisfied guests

Primary Responsibilities

• Focus on selling; we want to pay you commissions. You can make a lot of extra money if you sell.
• Be on call to fill in shifts as necessary; have wide availability
• Respond to client emails; have an inbox zero mentality.
• Maintain strong Membership Sales (measured by conversion percentage and revenue goals.)
• Ensure guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service.
• Assist with social media marketing and local B2B opportunities.
• Mindbody Software experience is a plus!
