JobDescription :

• Assistscustomers by taking calls accurately recording incidents providingresolution over the phone and through remote assistance triagingand escalating issues on time.
• Installsconfigures maintains and troubleshoots computer equipment andsoftware.
• Analyzesincidents and develops recommendations for eliminating reoccurringincidents.
• Developsdocumentation for procedures methods andresolutions.
• Providestraining for end users on desktop software in oneonone or groupsettings.
• Participatesin desktop management by assisting in the development deploymentand testing of software packages computer images and patchmanagement.
• Recommendsnew methods and procedures forsupport.
• Helpssupport an equitable safe diverse and inclusiveworkplace.
• Performsother related functions asassigned.
