QA/QC Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Manage food label regulations- USA, Canada, Mexico
- Manage and update food related regulations and documentation including FSVP
- Regulate regulatory and quality control of each product.
- Identification of any quality problems and recommend changes in quality standard where necessary.
- Working with HQ on innovating new potential products for the brand. Complying with FDA regulations.
- Data management using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent).
- To maintain our service level highly, we cooperate closely with our subcontractors for Customs brokers.
- Renewal permits that we have in timely manner.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred.
- Knowledge of the regulations of FDA / USDA and custom matter (CBP / PGA).
- Basic understanding of GMP and food production fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills.
- FSVP
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.)
- Bilingual (English / Korean)
- Bilingual in Korean preferred.
