Scott Lake Health And Rehabilitation is now hiring full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Staff Development / Risk Management Nurse who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.
As a Staff Development / Risk Management Nurse you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding and training of new hires and ensures that the high quality of nursing care is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Scott Lake is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center-what is commonly called a nursing home, in the heart of Lakeland, Florida.
But for us and the residents who either live in our facility or seek short-term rehabilitation here, its so much more. If you are looking to join our diligent and cheerful team, we would love to meet you!

STAFF DEVELOPMENT / RISK MANAGEMENT (RN) QUALIFICATIONS :
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of Florida required.
- Two (2) or more years experience in the health care field in a leadership, teaching, training, or learning and development required.
- Infection Prevention and Control Officer Certification required or must be willing to complete IPCO training and certification within 5 days from date of hire.
