The Sales Consultant will be responsible for inside showroom sales and maintaining business relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and homeowners for new construction and remodeling projects.
You will be a trusted advisor to their clients by recommending plumbing, kitchen and bath, appliances, and decorative hardware solutions.
You should have a passion for learning about our product offerings and will participate in continuous product training.
In addition, you will :
- Assist customers with product selections
- Provide job quotations to prospects and established customers
- Be a subject matter expert of the brands we represent and educate customers on them
- Field customer service issues and provide excellent customer service
- Manage competing projects and deadlines

Basic Qualifications :
2 years of customer-facing sales experience
