Glendora Canyon Transitional Care Unit (formerly Foothill Rehab) is located in the beautiful city of Glendora, California.
Our mission is to provide excellent care to our elderly residents in a safe, respectful, and compassionate manner. Our large facility, licensed for up to 120 residents, is designed to enrich and improve the quality of life of our residents.

We are looking for full-time caring and dedicated full-time CNAs for NOC shift. This would be a 4-2 schedule. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate.
$1,000 Signing Bonus. First half paid after 90 days. Second half paid after 6 months. Referral Bonuses as well.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to include : bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
- Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
Qualifications :
- Current CA nursing assistant certification
- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
