Role Overview : As an Inside Sales Representative at GoldLeaf Print & Packaging, you will play a critical role in generating new sales leads and making appointments.

You will pro-actively generate a high volume of phone calls, including outbound sales calls and follow-up on inbound inquiries, making 60-80 calls per day.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, determine needs, and work closely with the Outside Sales Reps to set meetings.

You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new sales opportunities and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

• High-Volume Calling : Conduct 60-80 outbound sales calls daily and handle inbound inquiries to generate new sales leads and foster client relationships.
• Lead Conversion : Proactively seek out and convert sales leads into customer meetings through effective communication and follow-up.
• Sales Strategy Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
• Product Knowledge : Acquire a deep understanding of our print and packaging products and services to effectively convey their value to clients.
• CRM Management : Update and manage customer information in HubSpot CRM and ensure accurate records of sales activities.
• Sales Performance : Achieve and exceed individual meeting goals for assigned reps.

Requirements :

• Experience : 1+ years of experience in Inside sales, preferably within the Print and Packaging industry.
• Track Record : Proven success in meeting and exceeding call volumes with appointments set.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Sales Skills : Demonstrated negotiation and appointment setting skills required.
• Independence and Teamwork : Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM software.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
