Pay Range : $28.00 - $34.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials PLUS commissions and spiffs!!!!

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all first-year warranty calls
- Diagnose and repair system issues with precision and efficiency
- Install new system components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Train entry-level HVAC employees
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
