Responsibilities :
Acts as the on-site lead and administrator for the contracted effort. Will be the direct interface between the Government and Program Manager for all issues that may arise.
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and will assist with program / project issues.
Will provide oversight to the Program Manager for contractor execution of the contract requirements. Will assist the Program Manager in acquisition and employment of program / project resources.
A Senior-level person typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and / or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including project management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement necessary improvements
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
Requirements :
Over 5 to 7-years of experience and a MA / MS degree or 7-10 years experience with a BA / BS degree or greater than 10 years experience with an applicable advanced certification
Security Clearance : Active Top Secret clearance is required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Compensation details : 80000-95000 Yearly Salary
