Experienced CADCAM Designer for Dental Lab (Fixed Anterior / Implants)
Job Summary : R-dent Dental Laboratory is the largest privately-owned dental lab in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
We are currently seeking an Experienced CADCAM Designer for Fixed Anterior & Implant.
Compensation Range : up to $30 / hour (depending on level of skill, experience, and ability)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, Day Shift (7 : 30am-4 : 30pm) or Night Shift (5 : 00pm-2 : 00am)
Education and Experience :
- At least 2 years of experience in all of the following in a Production Lab :
- CAD Design of Fixed Anterior (Cosmetic), Implants, All-on-4 cases, and Full-Arch Implants (including Implant Abutments) using 3Shape or Exocad;
- Designing and Planning Surgical Guides using Read Guide, Chrome or other software;
- Ordering parts for implant cases, placing implant parts in models, and Quality Checking implant orders in 3Shape; and
- Discussing treatment plans with doctors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Duties / Responsibilities (including Required Skills / Abilities) :
- Reviewing prescriptions and interpreting instructions to design Fixed Anterior / Cosmetic, Implants, All-on-4 Cases, and Full-Arch Implants (including Implant Abutments);
- Designing and Planning Surgical Guides;
- Ordering parts for implant cases; placing implant parts in models; and Quality Checking (QC'ing) implant orders in 3Shape;
- Communicating with doctors to discuss treatment plans; and
- Problem solving to meet daily production requirements for Production Lab.
