What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Execute complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership
- Lead industry-changing projects in commercial telecommunications and telecom tower construction
- Facilitate critical stakeholder meetings and provide on-site project leadership
- Develop procedures and winning strategies to guide the team to project execution
- Manage client and vendor relationships to ensure seamless conflict resolution and account maintenance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial telecommunications and telecom tower construction
- Willingness to travel internationally (25% of the time) to Asian-Pacific or African countries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management technology tools
