A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager responsible for leading IT service delivery for help desk operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements of service desk operationsDevelop and manage customer relationships and prepare executive-level reports on performanceConduct assessments of current operations and implement plans for service desk evolutionRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceBachelor's degree or higherMinimum of 4 years leading a service desk operations teamITIL certification requiredExperience with documenting and updating SOPs and ensuring cross-training for service desk tiers
