QUALIFICATIONS :
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner program required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Maintain a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, both Medical and Osteopathic preferred
- Collaborative agreement approved through the state within 3 months of start date required
- National certification required
- DEA required within 6 months of start date
Current Healthcare provider CPR through the American Heart Association required at time of hire.
Maintains ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
