Architectural Signage PROJECT MANAGER

We are an full service signage company serving California and the West Coast. We provide top-of-the-line sign services to each and every customer.

We are looking for a highly qualified Architectural Signage Project Manager , with experience in all types of exterior and interior signage, to add to our talented team.

Architectural Signage Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Work with clients to kick off projects and identify the full scope of work needed
• Work closely with Salespeople to ensure project success
• Regularly update the client and salesperson of project status
• Utilize resources available, determine project timeline, pricing accuracy, budgets & project needs
• Foresee any upcoming project hurdles and professionally communicate to all project stakeholders, providing alternative solutions
• Communicate with all departments to bring projects from design to delivery & billing
• Identify and adhere to budgets
• Properly document projects utilizing appropriate software / programs
• Identify when safety hazards are present at job sites and work to alleviate them
• Invoice clients

Architectural Signage Project Manager Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years working in the architectural sign industry as a Project Manager or Estimator
• Ability to estimate all types of environmental graphics
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced, changing environment
• Able to stay calm and focused during the lifecycle of the project
• Be accountable with strong time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work with varying personalities both inside and outside the company
• Experience with previous ERP systems
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
