The Cookware Company is currently seeking a Sr. Account Manager - Amazon to join the team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Ready to take charge and grow with a team that's revolutionizing cookware? As our Sr. Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive online sales success for award-winning brands while working in a dynamic, global company that's all about innovation and strategic leadership.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Global Amazon Sales.

You will work within a growing team which is dedicated to driving the performance of online sales specific to Amazon. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the build, maintenance and delivery of a strategic plan;

measuring and reporting on sales related KPI’s whilst working side by side with the Amazon team. You will have the ability to apply your initiatives, experience and expertise to help drive growth in new ways.

Successful candidate has a background in sales or marketing within e-commerce and experience in working collaboratively with sales, operations, content and performance specialists to exceed set goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and own our Amazon NA 2P business in collaboration with our internal marketing, operations and development teams
  • Achieve growth on the Amazon platforms through strategic management of market strategy and inventory planning
  • Conduct extensive digital shelf, category, and competitive analysis, striving to set the bar for the Kitchen category
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing item level detail reporting on metrics such as Glance views, POS, conversion etc.
  • Manage budget planning, provide weekly / monthly / quarterly estimates on sales projections and marketing budgets
  • Lead the partnership and communication by proactively monitoring the accounts to raise & solve issues with the Amazon team
  • Day-to-day optimizations to improve brand presence, product listing content, inventory management, order tracking, new item launches
  • Proactively work on strategic marketing opportunities including social engagement, Marquee Events and available BETA programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in related business field

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Web-based applications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3+ Years of Digital Account Management experience with strategic ownership of a multimillion business (Direct Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central a plus)
  • Experience managing and optimizing a third-party storefront
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP, OLV)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to analyze performance and derive conclusions and actionable insights
  • An eye for detail in creation / rollout of product detail pages including SEO research and experiments
  • Proven track record of delivering on ambitious growth targets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working alongside peers
