Are you looking for a professional reception role and good work / life balance? Sparks group has the position for you! We’ve partnered with a well-established firm in the Charlotte area who is seeking engaging and dedicated receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Assist onsite visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to appropriate personnel or location in a timely manner
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain sign-in logs and visitor badges and arrange for transportation services when needed
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and route calls to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Schedule calendar items and meetings
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- 1-3 years of work experience in an office environment
- Recent receptionist or front desk experience a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
