Legal Administrative Assistant - Seattle, Washington (2 days WFH)
After successful completion of training, this position is hybrid, providing flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
Pay : $72,907 to $109,362

Requirements
This is not an entry-level position . Candidates must possess :
Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
Expert knowledge of the Washington state court system and experience e-filing
Above-average tech skills, including comprehensive understanding and ability to fully utilize all Microsoft Office products
A willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with teams
Strong attention-to-detail demonstrated by work product
High school diploma or GED; and three years related experience (ALS, PLS, or CPS certification or a paralegal certificate can be considered in lieu of experience)
Must be able to use legal citations and apply them to firm documents
Working knowledge of legal time entry, Microsoft Word (styles & tables), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skilled in the use of a redlining tool
Working knowledge of basic office functions
