ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Our Battle Creek office has been in operation since January 1, 2017, celebrating eight years of growth, while our Marshall office opened on July 1, 2024. Our team consists of 7 dedicated members in Battle Creek and 5 in Marshall, along with the agent. I am a proud graduate of Mattawan High School (2006), Ferris State University, and Grand Valley State University, where I earned a business degree in 2010.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Heeter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
