100% FTE This will be a full time position working primarily 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday thru Friday with occasional hours earlier or later than standard schedule.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to :
- Work closely with our surgeons to provide Remarkable care for new and returning patients in the Foot and Ankle Clinic.
- Help manage patients post operatively, including performing post op wound care.
- First and second assist in the Operating Room.
- Responsible for performing inpatient rounds.
Education : Minimum -
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner : Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
If Physician Assistant : Bachelor's or Masters from Accredited PA program
Licenses and Certifications :
If Nurse Practitioner :
- Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following : Adult; Adult / Gerontology Acute Care;
Adult / Gerontology Primary Care or Family
If Physician Assistant :
- Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND
- Active PA board certification
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have :
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
