We have a need currently for a PA / NP in General Urology to work 1 : 1 with one of our General Urologists. The other position I have is for a PA / NP in Female and Reconstructive Urology working 1 : 1 with that Urologist.
reason for opening? Growth for several new positions. Goal is to have 1 : 1 physician to APP ratio.
Any rounding / inpatient responsibilities? yes
hours / shifts / weekends / Call? Monday thru Friday, 8-5 no weekend office, weekends only when on call. Call is roughly 1 in 14
Comp Range?
$110k-$150k depends greatly on experience, Urology experience preferred
EMR? AthenaFlow (GE Centricity)
patients a day? 15 -25
