Rx Systems, Inc. is currently seeking Plant Employees. Rx Systems, Inc. is a climate-controlled facility, which is located in the Point West Industrial Park in St.
Charles, MO. Our company has been specializing in pharmacy packaging and supplies since 1979. We are looking for a motivated team member to help in the Shipping Department.

We are looking for mechanically-inclined, production-minded team members interested in learning a trade and growing with our company.
Must be able to work around moving parts and machinery and must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 40 lbs.
We are looking for team members on 1st and 2nd shifts.
Sample of Duties for our Flexo Print Department
- Reads job orders and helps communicate when materials are needed.
- Communicates with Operators, Lead, and Supervisor in a professional manner.
- Able to perform material changes.
- Assists Operators with all wash-ups and washing of plates, along with other duties associated with these processes.
- Constantly check and monitors quality of printing at prescribed intervals.
- Assists Operator with in all startup / cleanup processes on the machine.
- Willing to learn / train on specified Flexo Machinery. This includes running machinery at acceptable speeds and troubleshoot mechanical / process control problems.
- Able to perform all "Make Ready" functions during the portion of process control.
- Assists Operator with the pre-mounting of their plates.
- Required to pack on machinery and assist Operator with daily duties.
- Able to fill in and operate machinery when Operator is vacant.
- Packs to product specifications, makes up boxes for packing finished product, and labels all boxes as needed, if applicable.
- Obtains approval for startup from Quality Control or Supervision.
- Assists in taking out trash, changing gaylords, and opening / preparing input materials when applicable.
- Keeps machine and work area clean.
- Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
