We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the St. Johnland team! As an LPN at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care to our residents, supporting their daily living needs and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Providing direct care services to our residents including administering medications and treatments
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Supervise CNAs within their work area

Available positions for all shifts :

Day : 7 : 30a-3 : 30p

Evening : 3 : 30p-11 : 30p

Night : 11 : 30p-7 : 30a

• Full Time : 37.5 hrs / week (eligible for benefits see below)
• Part Time : 22.5 hrs / week ( eligible for benefits see below)
• Pay : $37.00 - $40.70 per hour

WHAT YOU NEED :

Requirements / Qualifications)

• Current NYS LPN license in good standing
• BLS CPR Certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to upholding our mission to provide our residents with quality care
• 1 year nursing home / long term care experience preferred
