An interest in learning and utilizing Child-Parent Psychotherapy. An interest in learning and utilizing Internal Family Systems. Can work independently in completing necessary documentation. Compensation is based on a percentage pay structure. Details provided upon inquiry. Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees, company pays for half of the premiums. 401(K) 48 hours of paid time off annually Employees are welcomed and encouraged to take 4 weeks of unpaid time off annually. Responsibilities
- Maintains a caseload of 16 or more clients
- Company supports employee with building caseload
- Sessions may be in-person or via telehealth
- Employee has the flexibility in setting their own schedule
- Attends weekly 2 hour group supervision
- Attends weekly 1 hour individual supervision
- Attends weekly 1-2 hour trainings
Company focuses on Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems; the trainings will have an emphasis on these modalities.
