Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Journeyman Visual Information Specialist for a position in Springfield, Virginia.
Requirements
- Active / Current TS / SCI Security Clearance (with ability to pass CI poly if requested)
- 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience along with an undergraduate or graduate degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Computer Graphics, or any Liberal Arts or technical degree where graphic arts or digital image processing is core to the degree OR at least seven years of graphic design experience without the above-specified degree.
- Possess expertise with electronic publishing applications - Microsoft Office Suite, QuarkXpress, Adobe lnDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, and Adobe Acrobat;
structured authoring software - SGML, XML, and HTML; basic print-based and web-based design principles; Worldwide Web and multimedia technologies.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the IS Intelligence Community - specifically imagery collection and exploitation.
