Social Media Manager
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develop social media campaigns
- Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels
- Engage with customers and followers
- Use marketing tools to plan social content calendar
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Manage and grow the Chip Affiliate program
- Develop content or assign tasks to content developers
- Research and maintain up-to-date social media trends
- Run effective social ad campaigns
- Communicate effectively to all managers
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a social media manager
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for crafting engaging content
- Knowledge and experience running ads in Meta and other social platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
- Prior experience as a copywriter and content manager
- Prior experience running social advertisements
