Public Storage is looking for a VP of Tax to lead our corporate tax department and drive strategic tax initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the tax department, overseeing all tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and support business objectives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations
Provide strategic tax advice to senior management and other departments
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the tax function
Mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Lead and oversee compliance with all REIT regulations and requirements
