Director Portfolio Execution
Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

Director Portfolio Execution is responsible for facilitating the execution of Plan of Record Portfolios, ensuring alignment with the multi-segment business model.
How you will make an impact :
- Monitors projects to ensure deliverables are met.
- Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
- Oversees budget and forecast.
- Provides leadership on external advocacy efforts.
- Provides strategic direction and refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives.
- Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines.
- Oversees steering and advisory committees in creating executive documents.
- Creates internal and external communication strategy, including responses to inquiries, requests for information from external parties, and segmentation of stakeholders’ websites.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience :
- PMP certification, preferred.
- PMO experience, preferred.
- Experience in leading a team of project managers, preferred.
- Health insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead and facilitate end-to-end execution activities across IT and business / operational partners related to both technical delivery and business readiness for multiple lines of business and portfolios, preferred.
- Polished in communications, able to create internal executive reporting and client-facing content as needed, preferred.
- Challenges technology, processes, operating models, etc. that do not align with end-to-end coordination across business and technical functions and align with future state vision, preferred.
- Provides direct proactive leadership to a broad matrix team while pivoting strategically and tactically as needed, consistently acting as a positive change agent, preferred.
Salary Information :
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $142,884 to $244,944.
