Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job description :
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshoot and repair of production machines, conveyors systems and supporting equipment.
- Safely perform preventative and predictive maintenance throughout the plants for the following machinery : HVAC, Conveyors, Ovens, Water Treatment, Pretreatment Production Lines, Compressors, Pumps, and Equipment Motors
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs as necessary.
- Manage software-based PM program and keep up to date on all PM requirements.
- Follow safety protocol including Lockout-tag out of equipment when repairing.
- Maintain parts and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Safely operate forklift and scissor lift when required for maintenance requirements.
- Mig welding for rack repair and light fabrication.
Schedule :
- 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM
- Overtime as needed or as required.
- Capable of working weekends and maintaining a flexible schedule. This includes scheduled shifts Saturday or Sunday as needed.
- Flex weekend when repairs are required on weekends.
- Readily available for emergency repairs due to production line not operational. Benefits :
