Purchasing Coordinator (Work From Home)

Job Title : Purchasing Coordinator

Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000

Location : Remote

The job :

The Purchasing Coordinator will provide essential operational support to the Purchasing leadership team, ensuring seamless vendor and builder engagement, accurate reporting, superior customer service, and smooth program administration.

This role involves managing account connectivity, facilitating communication with Manufacturer / Supplier Partners, and offering ongoing support to Purchasing participants, including builders, vendors, and manufacturers.

What you will do :

• Provide reporting and account management support for Purchasing enrollees, ensuring accurate internal administrative assistance and account connectivity with Manufacturer / Supplier Partners
• Set up ACH for new enrollees and assist Purchasing users with ongoing account services, including rebate distribution and general account updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries from builders, vendors, and manufacturers, addressing reporting and account-related questions
• Facilitate builder participation in quarterly reporting processes and manage inbound support requests from users
• Conduct surveys and data collection from active members as needed, supporting conversion activities and enhancing member engagement
• Schedule, prepare for, and document one-on-one meetings with Purchasing builders, and organize onboarding sessions for new users

Who you are and what you need :

• 3+ years of experience in company operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and planning and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• A bachelors degree
• Previous work experience in construction or related industries
• Previous work experience in account management
