Job Specifics
- Location : 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
- FTE Status : Full Time 0.9 FTE (36 hours / week)
- Work Schedule : Shifts will be 12 hours with a day / overnight rotation and every 4th weekend requirement
- Work Environment : Specialty float pool personnel in the ICU / ED receive training across all Med-Surg units, with a focus on meeting the needs of the ICU and ED.

Job Description :
Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and / or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Qualifications :
- WI RN license required
- A minimum of 2 years of proven proficiency in an Emergency or Intensive Care department
- 5 years of acute med-surg experience preferred
- BLS - prior to providing independent patient care and maintained. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 180 days of hire and maintained.
