The Role.
- Conducts operational reviews for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Housing clients
- Reviews branding, sales and marketing plans, pricing structures and creates recommendations
- Picks up tactical planning, action planning, and coaching of ongoing client engagements following the strategic planning
- Creates comprehensive operational or related reports for client engagements
- Conducts and reviews findings from Plante Moran client operational audits and reports, identifies potential problems and as necessary, assists in developing and deploying operational improvement plans
- Designs operational staffing models and workflows based on industry benchmarks, building programming and client request
- Supports PMLF, Realpoint and Plante Moran team members on other engagements where operational models and industry practice reviews are needed
- Advises clients on the opening of new builds through stabilization, operational staff resets of existing buildings, and assists with product and service pricing models
The qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Finance, Sales and Marketing or related field obtained from an accredited college or university; MBA degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience required in the Senior Living or Senior Care Services industry or equivalent consulting; Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Senior Living Administrator experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Ability to work under pressure, work independently with guidance and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people to achieve consensus.
- Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 45% overnight travel.

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information
Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.
Colorado monthly base range is as follows :
$12,500.00 to $14,585.00
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week.
Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date.
In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use.
A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.
Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time.
Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
